Shinjo Pump has standardized workshops and office buildings with an area of 15,000 square meters as well as a pump test center equipped with a complete set of testing equipment and tools.

Our facilities
Shinjo's pumps adopt advanced design methods such as CAD software and CFD computational fluid dynamics software and are subjected to more than ten processes such as precision casting, hot forging, welding, heat treatment, fine finishing, assembly, etc. Various advanced processing and testing equipment is used, such as CNC machining centers, plasma welding machines, automatic gas shield, semi-automatic vacuum welding machines, over-frequency vacuum heat treatment equipment, high-efficiency processing machines, physical, chemical and flaw detection and other equipment. Complete processing and testing equipment which leads the same industry more fully guarantee the quality of pumps.
